I had my wedding band fixed (it broke on vacation) and two rings from my mother resized. They did incredible work. They are expensive but I knew I could trust their work. I had read so many reviews & horror stories on yelp about other jewelry stores swapping out stones or ruining vintage details by not taking care to preserve the style. I felt really confident leaving my jewelry behind to get repaired & resized and I’m so glad I went with them. You definitely get what you pay for & I have two beautiful vintage rings of my mothers that look perfect. Would recommend their services.

Mark and his team were so welcoming. They provided a level of attention and warmth that can't be replicated at bigger box stores. We worked with Nas to design our engagement ring. Nas was insightful and patient. She walked us through every step and explained how diamonds were graded so we could make the best decision. We chose a 1.5 carat man-made diamond and were happy with the price, especially considering the ring was customized and made to my partner's specifications. Highly recommend based on customer service, quality and price.

I was able to have a beautiful engagement ring custom-made for my fiancé at Mark Schneider. The quality is absolutely unmatched, and everyone at Mark Schneider helps walk you through the whole process (Nas in particular was the best). Everything with choosing the diamond, having a sketch design, viewing the wax prototype, and then finally seeing the final product was an amazing experience. They were able to create the perfect ring I envisioned for my fiancé. Where do I start? The team at Mark Schneider is absolutely amazing! Nas was my main sales contact and was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. She was with me from the day I walked in until the day I picked up our wedding bands. Briseida (Sketch Artist) was very patient and skilled when helping creating both amazing rings. Michael (Master Jeweler) brought our ideas to life flawlessly. These three are truly some of the best in the industry. Mark himself is an absolute master artist, and did nothing but make sure you walked out with nothing less than what you wanted. This shop really does create world class pieces and I feel lucky having been able to find them. They only use the best materials and offer a wide variety of options. Another thing that made my experience with them amazing was the fact that they cared about us and what happened after the sell. They check in on you and make sure you still love what you purchased.
